Part II SOFTWARE TESTING

Testing is one of the most important parts of quality assurance (QA) and the most commonly performed QA activity. Commonly used testing techniques and issues related to testing are covered in Part 11. We first provide an overview of all the important issues related to testing in Chapter 6, followed by descriptions of major test activities, management, and automation in Chapter 7, specific testing techniques in Chapters 8 through 11, and practical application of testing techniques and their integration in Chapter 12.
